2.4 Rollyy AI (Voice Assistant)

Voice Data: Voice recordings are processed in real-time and NOT stored on our servers
Location Data: Your location when requesting parking or charging searches
Conversation History: Stored temporarily in your browser session only (not on our servers)
Usage Data: Features used, search queries, and interaction patterns

Important: Your voice data is processed in real-time and is NOT stored on our servers.

Voice recordings are converted to text using your browser's built-in speech recognition
Text is sent to Google Gemini AI for processing (covered by Google's privacy policy)
Responses are generated and spoken back to you
No voice recordings are saved or transmitted to our servers
Conversation history is stored locally in your browser and cleared when you close the app

5. Location Data

We collect location data to provide core functionality:

Rollyy Map: Show nearby parking and charging stations
Rollyy AI: Search for locations near you
Rollyy Pilot: Dispatch robots to your vehicle location

You can control location permissions through your device settings. Denying location access will limit functionality but you can still manually enter addresses.

16. Service-Specific Privacy Information

Rollyy Pilot

When you book an autonomous charging robot, we collect location, vehicle, and payment data. Robots are equipped with cameras for navigation (footage is not stored). Service history is retained for 2 years.

Rollyy Map

Location data is used in real-time to show nearby parking and charging. Offline maps are cached locally on your device. We do not track your movements or store location history.

Rollyy AI

Voice data is processed in real-time using your browser's speech recognition and is NOT stored. Conversation history is stored locally in your browser only. You can clear it anytime by clicking "Reset".

Rollyy API

API usage is logged for 90 days for debugging and security. We do not share your API data with third parties. Rate limiting and authentication protect your API keys.
